The possession date declared for the project is March 31, 2032. This is the date carried on the WBRERA registration, not a sales estimate. Under the RERA framework the promoter is accountable to that declared date, and any revision has to be recorded with the authority - which is exactly why you should always buy against a registered date rather than a verbal one.
Phase I is registered under WBRERA/P/SOU/2026/004147 and covers Towers 1A and 1B. Both towers are launched and open for booking. Phase I carries its own clubhouse, so early residents do not wait for the full township to complete before amenities open.
Phase II is registered under WBRERA/P/SOU/2026/004275 and covers Towers 2A, 2B and 2C. These three towers were registered with WBRERA in May 2026 and are also open for booking, again with a separate clubhouse allocated to the phase.
The master plan is 10 towers and 98 villas across the 18.9-acre parcel. Five towers remain to be launched, along with the entire villa component. Areas, layouts and pricing for those will be published when the respective phase is registered with WBRERA. We do not quote unlaunched inventory in advance.
